MATERIAL DESCRIPTION
- Mabis steel structure use Q550 extra heavy steel,and the other 2 generations of houses are normal light steel and not strong enough. Q550 steel have more stronger ability of seismic and wind resistance,so the mabis steel structure have longer life time over 50 years.
- Mabis wall is whole solid structure, make of aluminum alloy and High density polyurethane(PUR Foam) composite, it don`t need any other decoration board and is more easy and save time to install, thickness of PUR foam is 100mm, so heat and cold preservation and sound insulation effect is very good.
- Mabis Roof heat preservation material is make of aluminum alloy and High density polyurethane(PUR Foam) solid composite board, thickness of PUR foam is 100mm, so heat and cold preservation and sound insulation effect is very good.
- Mabis window system uses a broken bridge type heat insulation and double hollow tempered glass to achieve the highest heat insulation and sound proof effect. In addition, it is equipped with stainless steel mosquito net, which is very suitable for the climate of many mosquitoes in the subtropics of Southeast Asia etc.
